Kelli Breer has been a licensed attorney since 1995. Prior to joining Kozeny & McCubbin in 2009, Kelli served as Assistant Kansas Attorney General and Assistant Johnson County District Attorney. She was also engaged in private practice for several years.

Kelli received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas and her law degree from Washburn University. She is licensed in the states of Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, and the federal courts for the District of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. Her practice focuses primarily on foreclosures and unlawful detainer actions.
