John G. Forsythe has been a licensed attorney since 1997. John serves as an associate for Kozeny & McCubbin, where he handles Missouri and Nebraska foreclosure matters and resolves title defects related to foreclosure properties. His experience includes over ten years serving as legal counsel for St. Louis area title insurance companies including a national title insurance underwriter. John has also served as an instructor for the Missouri Land Title Association and in 2007 was nominated for MLTA Title Professional of the year.

John received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish at The College of the Holy Cross and earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Iowa College of Law. He also earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis.

John is a member of the Missouri Bar and is authorized to practice in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri and U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri.
