William T. Holmes II has been a licensed attorney since September 2007, concentrating in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law. Tom joined Kozeny & McCubbin in October 2007 as an Associate attorney in the bankruptcy department.

Tom received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Union College in Schenectady, NY in 2003 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 2007.

Tom is a member of the Missouri Bar, Nebraska Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of Illinois, and District Courts of Kansas and Nebraska.
