Erika M. Knapstein joined Kozeny & McCubbin, LC in October, 2007. Prior to joining Kozeny & McCubbin, Erika spent 7 years in the title insurance industry and private practice. Erika serves as an associate, where she handles Missouri and Nebraska foreclosure matters and is responsible for successful resolution of post sale title curative issues. Her legal experience includes corporate and real estate transactions, business litigation and creditor rights.

Erika received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Saint Louis University in 1997 and her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2000. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Kansas, Districts of Nebraska and the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
