Erika M. Knapstein is a Senior Associate for Kozeny & McCubbin, handling Missouri and Nebraska foreclosure matters and resolution of title curative issues. Her legal experience includes corporate and real estate transactions, business litigation and creditor rights. Erika joined Kozeny & McCubbin in October, 2007, prior to joining the firm she spent 7 years in the title insurance industry and private practice.

Erika received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Saint Louis University in 1997 and her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2000. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Kansas, Districts of Nebraska and the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. Erika has presented on the topics of title insurance and foreclosure for the National Business Institute and Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis since 2008 and has served on the Law Committee for Habitat for Humanity St. Louis since 2003.
