Gretchen Latham has been a licensed attorney since 1998. Ms. Latham has experience as in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest mortgage lenders handling collections, bankruptcies and foreclosures in the state of Oklahoma. She also has experience in creditor's rights, replevins, contract law, personal injury, securities fraud and probate.

Ms. Latham received her J.D. degree in 1998 from Oklahoma City University and a B.A. in Real Estate/Finance in 1994 from then University of Central Oklahoma.

Ms. Latham is a member of the Oklahoma bar and is admitted to practice in all three Federal Districts in Oklahoma.
