Patrick D. Murphy has been a licensed attorney since 2003. He is currently licensed in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Nebraska, as well as several federal courts in those jurisdictions. Mr. Murphy spent over three years in consumer collections, and has extensive experience dealing with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Credit Billing Act. Mr. Murphy also has experience dealing with the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act and the Kansas Consumer Protection Act. Currently Mr. Murphy focuses his practice on unlawful detainer actions and contested foreclosures.

Mr. Murphy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Sociology from Kansas State University in 1999. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2003. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Nebraska Bar Association, and the Wyandotte County, Kansas Bar Association.
