Gerald Walters has been licensed since 1974, and brings extensive trial experience to the firm in both bench and jury trials. Jerry has experience handling insurance defense and personal injury cases, as well as representing numerous financial institutions. He also has briefed and argued more that thirty cases on appeal, including appearances in the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeal. More recently, he has been involved with class action cases primarily involving consumer fraud.

Jerry graduated with a BA in History from the University of Illinois, and with a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, Champaign-Urbana. After his first year of law school, he joined the U.S. Army, and then returned to law school in 1972. He is licensed in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Nebraska, and the federal courts for the Southern District of Illinois, the District of Kansas, the District of Nebraska, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
